This privacy policy describes how Swedenspace AB (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit swedenspace.com or subscribe to our newsletter. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish law.
1. Data controller
Swedenspace AB, company registration number 559478-2136, Kungsgatan 12, 111 43 Stockholm, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. You can reach us at info@swedenspace.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the name and email address that you voluntarily provide in our newsletter form. When you browse the site we also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, language preference and visit timestamp through pseudonymised log and cookie-based tools.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use the data to send the newsletter you subscribed to (consent under art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), to improve the user experience of the website (legitimate interest under art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and to fulfil legal obligations under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (1999:1078).
4. Retention period
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or request erasure, and at most 36 months after your last activity. Technical logs are deleted within 12 months. Accounting records are kept for 7 years in accordance with Swedish law.
5. Recipients of data
We share data with carefully selected processors inside the EU/EEA for email delivery, analytics and operational security. All processors are bound by data processing agreements. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards under art. 46 GDPR.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to object to processing, to request restriction and data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
7. Security
We use TLS encryption, access control, pseudonymisation and regular security reviews to protect your data. Personnel processing data are bound by confidentiality.
